Rates and Reservations... 

                The Ten Bits Ranch is an elegant,  seclude facility in the Big Bend region of Texas.  We can accommodate up to ten guests maximum.  We offer  a minimum of a two night stays  which include a daily continental breakfast.   Tours are available through our tour operators at an additional cost which will be added to your package price.    Higher package rates apply according to seasonal trends.  High season includes the first week of November (chili cook-off), the week of Thanksgiving, two weeks of Christmas/New Year’s, and the month of March for Spring Break and Easter weekend.   Please consider reserving space early during these high demand periods!

Sorry for the inconvenience, Ten Bits Ranch will be closed from May 9th, 2008 through May 18th, 2008. Re-opening on May 19th, 2008.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Normal Season Rates: (any week not listed as “High” or  "Off" season)**

Price is $159.00 per night per room based on double occupancy (two people in room). 

2 night minimum stay required

High Season Rates: (1st weekend of November (chili cook-off), the week of Thanksgiving, two weeks of Christmas/New Year’s, and the month of March for Spring Break and Easter weekend)

Price is $199.00 per night per room based on double occupancy (two people in room).  Group discounts do not apply to High Season rates.

3 night minimum stay required

Off Season Rates: (June 1st thought August 28th)**

Price is $120.00 per night per room based on double occupancy (two people in room). 

For room with Air Conditioner.

More than two people per room there is a $25.00 per person per night fee.

**Please keep in mind Ten Bits Ranch runs off of solar energy . Only two rooms with Air Conditioners from May 15th through September 15th.  After September 15th the Air Conditioners are removed until May 15th.

Ten Bits Ranch Booking Policy:

• T. B. R.  has  4 guest rooms.  Camping and RV facilities are not available.

• 1/2 the package price is due at the time of booking by Credit Card or by Check.  The full package price is due within 30 days of your scheduled visit.  Any reservation changes after original booking will result in a $25.00 per person fee if decreasing the number of nights.  See our Cancellation Policy for additional fees.

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards.  Personal checks and cash accepted.

• Group discount of 10% apply to groups of 8 or more for Normal Season rates only.

 

• 7.75% sales tax on tours and 9% hotel occupancy tax not included in prices.

• Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check-Out is 11:00 AM.  We advice you arrive during daylight hours.

• Because we are an off-the-grid facility, T.B. R. is not responsible for damage that may occur to unauthorized electrical equipment  used by guests at our facility.

• Due to our remote location, rugged terrain and potentially dangerous wildlife, guests assume all liability and risk while at the Ranch.  Because of this, a signed release form will be required upon your arrival at the Ten Bits Ranch.  Please view our  liability release HERE.  If you don't have Adobe Reader go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html to download a free version.

• A minimum age of 12 years is required in order to stay at the Ranch. If you bring a child under this age, without prior approval, you will  not be allowed to stay and the cancellation policy will still apply.

• All facilities and rooms are smoke free.  Smoking is only permitted outside.  Please dispose of smoking materials in a responsible manner.  A $75.00  fee will be charged for smoking within any guest room or Ranch Facility.

• It is the responsibility of our guests to repair or replace any items damaged as a result of their stay at T.B.R.   A minimum of $25.00 will be charged to the credit card T.B. R. has on file for the responsible party.  Damages exceeding this amount will be charged accordingly.  Furthermore, it is the responsibility for our guests to replace any items missing from the  guest rooms or the T.B. R. facility as a result of their stay (for example: towels, pillows, doormats, pictures, window coverings, soap dish, furniture, etc.).  There will also be a minimum fee of $25.00 to replace missing items unless the cost of replacement exceeds this amount in which case, replacement costs will be charged accordingly (which may also include shipping/travel expenses).

• Pets are not permitted. 

• Guest telephone service is available only in our Cantina.  Wireless internet service is available for those guests who have a laptop computer.

Also, in order to maintain our unique atmosphere, television service is not available.  

• Additional release forms and information may be required by our affiliated tour operators.

• Full refunds (minus $25.00 per-person service fee) provided given at least 30 days notice for canceling or decreasing the nights of stay.    Within 30 days, a $100/person booking fee plus the above $25.00/person service fee ($125.00) will be charged with the remainder refunded.  If you cancellation or  charges are made within 10 days of your scheduled arrival no refunds will be given.   Refunds for tours are handled separately and subject to the terms outlined below. Please contact us before making your reservation if you have any special booking concerns that you would like us to address.

By Foot:  Paleontological & Archeological Guided Hike ( 2 and 1/2 hour s)

                        2 guest minimum. $35 per person for people staying at T.B. R.

                  2 guest minimum. $40 per person for people not staying with us.

Dinosaur Excavations: (all day dig from 9am to 4pm daily, lunch not included) All rates subject to change.
